1. Introduction

Welcome to ph350. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ph350 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the ph350 website, mobile platform, and all services offered therein.

By registering an account on ph350, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.

ph350 operates as a licensed online gaming platform serving players in the Philippines. We are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and responsible gaming environment. These Terms are designed to protect both players and the integrity of the platform — not to create unnecessary barriers.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ph350, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines and accessing the platform from within the Philippines.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have been previously banned from ph350.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or agent of ph350 or any affiliated company.

ph350 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to not meet eligibility requirements, their account will be suspended and any winnings forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ph350 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ph350 is not responsible for any issues that arise from inaccurate registration details provided by the player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph350 account credentials. ph350 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted from your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify us of unauthorised access.

• Never share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Use a strong, unique password for your ph350 account.
• Enable two-factor authentication when available.
• Log out from shared devices after each session.

KYC Verification

ph350 is required by its operating licence to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above ₱5,000. Verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or Voter's ID) and may include proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified will have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

ph350 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are processed instantly for e-wallet methods and within one business day for bank transfers.

ph350 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which ph350 is not responsible for. All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (₱) and ph350 does not support foreign currency deposits.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days depending on the method selected and your account verification status. VIP Club members enjoy priority withdrawal processing.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been used for deposits on your account.
• ph350 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals of funds derived from active bonuses require completion of the applicable wagering requirement first.
• Funds deposited but not wagered may be withdrawn without a wagering requirement, subject to standard processing checks.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph350 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback through the VIP Club, tournament prizes, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your ph350 account carry a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms and is calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires ₱5,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable funds).

• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute a lower percentage. Check the specific promotion for contribution rates.
• Bonus funds are used after real money funds when placing wagers, unless otherwise specified.
• Maximum bet limits apply while using bonus funds. Placing bets above the stated maximum will void the bonus.
• ph350 reserves the right to amend, cancel, or reclaim bonuses if misuse or abuse is detected.

VIP Club Cashback

Weekly cashback credited through the ph350 VIP Club carries a 1x wagering requirement — meaning you need to wager the cashback amount once before it can be withdrawn. This is one of the lowest requirements in the industry and is designed to ensure the cashback is used for gaming rather than immediately withdrawn.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on ph350 — including Tongits, Baccarat, Poker, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are available within each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence unless the individual game rules specifically state otherwise.

ph350 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all card and number-based games. The RNG is independently tested and verified to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated by ph350 or any third party.

Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, or connectivity issue during a game round, ph350 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player. Winnings or losses resulting from a known or confirmed technical fault will not be honoured. This applies to all game types including live dealer games and sports betting.

• Bets placed after a game event has concluded (regardless of display lag) will be voided.
• ph350 is not liable for losses caused by the player's own internet connection issues.
• Disconnect protection is active for applicable games — your session is preserved for up to two minutes.

7. Player Conduct

All players on ph350 are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful, honest, and consistent with fair gaming principles. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker and card games.
• Using a vpn, proxy, or any method to misrepresent your geographical location.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using ph350 to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph350 staff, other players, or support agents.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain. Any such bugs must be reported immediately to ph350 support.

ph350 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to share information with relevant regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies where required.

8. Privacy & Data

ph350 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the ph350 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

ph350 collects only the personal data necessary to operate the platform, comply with regulatory requirements, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

All data transmitted to and from ph350 is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Sensitive financial information is handled through certified payment gateways and is not stored on ph350 servers.

9. Responsible Gaming

ph350 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or harm.

10. Suspension & Account Closure

ph350 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a formal request.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or illegal activity.
• Account becoming dormant for more than 12 months.

In cases of closure due to a player's own breach of these Terms, ph350 is not obligated to return any remaining balance. In cases of closure for other reasons (e.g., regulatory requirement), any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ph350 support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph350's liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

ph350 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of enjoyment.

ph350 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ph350 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or through a notice displayed upon login. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ph350 platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendments, you should cease using the platform and close your account.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically, particularly before claiming any new promotion or making a significant deposit, as promotion-specific terms may also be updated from time to time.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph350 operates under a valid gaming licence in the Philippines and is subject to oversight by the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. If you have a dispute that cannot be resolved through ph350's support team, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body.
